Payments and Payment Plans
All payments and payment plans are offered under our FACTS Managment system. For further information please contact office of the executive director at 404.635.8354.
This fee is for ALL NEW STUDENTS and must accompany the initial Application Form for each new student. (credited towards registration upon acceptance & enrollment.)
$175.00 ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FEE:
For new students this fee is due upon acceptance of Hoke McNeal Academy and payable within five working days of the admittance notification. HMA's open enrollment begins the third Sunday of May each year immediately following our formal recital / graduation.
For returning students open enrollment runs from May 1st - June 1st. Remittance of enrollment fee secures your student placement for the upcoming academic year.
Payable four (4) times per year
Fee covers: printing supplies, Stone Mountain membership (campus specific), Chessology, French, Library - media - technology, annual yearbook, school pictures, recital, 3 field trips, unforeseen operations.
YEARLY CURRICULUM FEE:
Campus A: $25
Campus B: $35
Campus C: $50-$85 (Depending on grade level)
Tuition payments are automatically deducted from accounts the fifth of each month; a late fee of $30.00 will be assessed if tuition fee is remitted after due date.
NOTE: Family Discount Policy: Siblings living within the same household who are enrolled at HMA at the same time will be extended the following Tuition Fee discount.
1st additional sibling receives a 5% discount
2nd or more additional siblings will receive 10% discount.
For families who wish to pay the annual tuition in 1 - 10 month installments, please contact the office of the Executive Director.
